Your information is laser etched on a card made out of nearly indestructible aircraft grade aluminum.
The size of the card is 3.5 inches by 2.00 inches (the same size as a business card/credit card). Flexible, strong and thin at .020 inches (.508 mm) with no sharp edges or burrs. Fully anodized with no silver aluminum showing around the edges. Proudly Made in America!
The laser process removes the colored aluminum oxide coating exposing the aircraft grade aluminum. The etched surface results in nice silver white contrasting characters.
EMS Technicians that reviewed our cards appreciated the large point font that we use. They also advised that the card's silver white characters were easy to view in dimly lit to dark conditions.

You may add up to four contacts (for the front of the card). Please number your contacts with your preference of whom you would like to have contacted first, second, etc. Please also advise us with any Medical Conditions, Allergies, Medications and any Notes. This information will be added on the back of the card.
We will send you a proof of what we will engrave on your card. After we receive your approval, we will complete your card and promptly send it to you.
